"Luxdesign's Refund Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund any product provided it is returned within 14 days of payment in the same condition (unused and boxed).

In the unlikely event a product has an incorrect price, Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.co.uk) reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse your order. This also applies if your order has been received by us and confirmed by our head office. Furthermore, if your credit card has been charged we will immediately refund the total cost back on to the card that you made the payment with. If this situation arises Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.co.uk) will email you as soon as it has come to our knowledge.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives or becomes damaged, Luxdesign (www.luxdesign.co.uk) offer a free repair or replace service within 30 days from date of purchase. Only handbags, bags and messenger bags are covered. All items must be sent back to us at our head office address. We will then arrange to have your item sent for a free repair and if this solution is not viable, then we will issue a full refund or replacement."
